Elakoot offers catering services for various occasions including events, institutions, and custom meal deliveries in and around Thrissur, Kerala.

2. Orders & Booking

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Advance bookings are required for large events. Last-minute orders may not be accommodated.
• Details provided during booking (address, time, menu) must be accurate.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary for custom menus or bulk orders.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the order.

4. Payment

We accept online payments via trusted gateways. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may be eligible for partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of delivery or event.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver on time, but delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors may occur. We are not liable for such delays but will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

7. Food Handling & Consumption

• Food should be consumed within the recommended time (typically within 4 hours of delivery).
• We follow strict hygiene standards in food preparation and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Elakoot and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elakoot will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website.
