1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or event time for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or after preparation has started may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require a non-refundable advance.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We provide food delivery across Cheroor, Thrissur and nearby areas.
  • Deliveries are made according to the time slot selected during booking.
  • Large event catering includes on-site setup and service (if agreed upon).
  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the order at the scheduled time.
  • We will notify you in case of unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, or other issues.
